We are a family who has always felt a strong connection to the Ligurian coast. Over the years, we’ve spent many holidays here — traveling along the coastline, discovering small towns, enjoying long days by the sea, and coming back again and again. What started as a place we loved to visit slowly became a place we dreamed of calling our own.
After a long search, we finally found our apartment in Loano — a location that perfectly combines everything we value: proximity to the sea, a lively town with great food and local life, and easy access to nature and outdoor activities. Il Niro Terazza is the result of that journey and a long-held family dream.
We are renovating the apartment with great care and attention to detail, creating a space that feels modern, comfortable, and welcoming — a place where we would happily stay ourselves. For us, this is not just a rental property, but a home we want to share.
